About · Perfil

Policy, diplomacy, and the low-carbon economy

For more than 16 years I have worked at the intersection of energy policy and international cooperation: research on policies and best practices for transitioning to a low-carbon economy, decarbonization, and the deployment of emerging technologies such as green hydrogen.

My work spans Business-to-Government dialogue — advising international energy companies as they navigate the investment and policy landscape in emerging economies — as well as strategic engagement and donor coordination within multilateral institutions.

Career milestones include the U.S. State Department's International Visitor Leadership Program on renewable energy and climate change (2012), a Chevening Scholarship from the British Government (2015), and an Edward S. Mason Fellowship at Harvard Kennedy School. I served as Vice President of Chevening Alumni Mexico (2018–2020) and President of UCL Alumni Mexico (2019–2022).
